Prepare your transcript data Format as XLSX, CSV, VTT, or ZIP file containing multiple transcripts
For XLSX/CSV: Organize responses in rows with columns for role, speaker, and timestamp
For VTT: Ensure proper formatting with timestamps and speaker identification
For ZIP: Include properly formatted transcript files (XLSX, CSV, or VTT)
Analyze your transcripts Use Asa to summarize sessions by respondent
Ask Asa questions about specific sessions or overall themes
Compare insights across different segments or demographics
Supported File Formats
XLSX/CSV - Standard spreadsheet formats
Each row represents a single response/utterance
Required columns: speaker name, response text
Recommended columns: timestamp, role, session ID
VTT (WebVTT) - Video Text Tracks format
Standard caption/subtitle format used by video platforms
Automatically preserves speaker identification and timestamps
Can be exported directly from most transcription services
