The Canvs MRX Manager allows you access all of your uploaded datasets, view and edit any MRX Details and Tags you added during the uploading step, and Archive any datasets you no longer need to view.
To see all of your dataset uploads, click on the MRX menu option. Note: MRX-Only users will not have to complete this step. The homepage will default to your MRX Manager.
MRX Details
The MRX Manager will display all of your active datasets by default. If you've uploaded a lot of datasets, you can use the Search option on the left hand corner of the page to locate the dataset by it's Name.
Clicking on any column, with the exception of the Tags column, will sort the list by the selected column.
Click on the Dataset Name to go to the Content Page. For more details on navigating a dataset's Content Page, click here.
The top of the MRX Manager will show the total amount of Datasets that are active, the total number of Questions and the total Open Ends that have been analyzed.
The MRX Manager also displays metrics such as the number of Questions and Open Ends for each individual Dataset, the number of Waves, the Emotion Rate (the percentage of Emotional responses out of total responses), Tags, and information about the Date Uploaded, including the time and email address of the user who uploaded the dataset. The columns that you see can be personalized to you.
The (...) on the right-hand side allow you to customize these columns as well. Click on the three dots to select and deselect the columns that you would like to see on the Manager page. You can choose from: Questions, Waves, Open Ends, Emotion Rate, Applied Rules, Tags, Last Edited, Source, and Date Uploaded.
Editing Dataset Details
You are able to edit various data points by clicking the three dots (...) to the right of your dataset information.
Click on Edit Details.
On the MRX tab, you can edit the Name of the Dataset, update the Description, change the Industry or Type, and add or remove Tags. Click on Save when you are finished with your changes.
If you switch to the Waves tab, you will be allowed to rename your Waves, delete them, and add more Waves to your dataset.
If you switch to the Questions tab, you will be allowed to rename the questions that are in your dataset.
Dataset Tags
To sort by Tags, select Tags from the Add Filters box.
All Tags will appear for selection. Scroll through the list or type the word and select it to filter by Tags. This can help you view similar or related datasets at one time.
Note: You are able to add up to five Tags during the upload process, but can add unlimited Tags by editing via the MRX Manager page.
Dataset Rules
To sort by Rules, select Rules from the Add Filters box.
All Rules will appear for selection. Scroll through the list or type the word and select it to filter by Rules. This can help you view similar or related datasets at one time.

Additional Filter Options
Click on the Filter button on the left, to show additional filter options on the MRX Management page. You can use these additional filters to narrow down your results on the MRX Management page.
You can filter by Uploaded by, Industry, Type, Classification (Standard or Tracking), Tags, Rules, Source (Device, API, Decipher, or Qualtrics), and Language (Translated or Non-Translated).
Exporting MRX Data
Clicking the three dots (...) will also give you the option to Download Analysis.
Click Download here to download an export for all questions within that Dataset.
The export will include all dataset demographic details, Questions, Open-Ended Responses, associated Codes and Nets, Emotions, and all Topical information for each open end.
Add Data
Click on the (...) 3 dots next to your dataset and select "Add Data" to begin the process of adding a new Wave to the dataset.
Archiving Datasets
Clean up your dataset view by archiving datasets. You are able to Archive by clicking the three dots (...) to the right of your dataset information.
You will be asked to confirm that you want to Archive the dataset.
The archived Dataset will be removed from your the default Active Datasets view. If you need to access Archived datasets, click on the arrow next to Active Datasets, which will show a drop-down to look at All Datasets or Archived datasets only.
You can make a dataset active again by clicking the three dots (...) and then Move to Active Datasets when viewing the dataset under the Archived option.
You will then be asked to confirm and Activate the dataset.
Uploading a New Dataset
