Updated over a year ago

The Canvs AI Platform subscription is comprised of three core elements:

  1. Starting Canvs Credit tier: this determines the base subscription and the discount rate for Canvs Credit tier upgrades. The larger the starting Canvs Credit tier the higher the discount.

  2. Upgrade Tier: This is the incremental volume of Canvs Credits added to customers’ subscriptions should usage exceed the starting tier. These tiers are packages in volume bundles aligned to the starting tier (i.e. lower starting tiers have a small upgrade bundle). Subscriptions renew at ending tier of usage (e.g. If a customer starts at 500K Canvs Credits and upgrades once during the term, they will renew at 600K Canvs Credits).

  3. Add-Ons: Add-ons include the translation “cover,” additional users, premium support and enterprise management (multiple dashboards & single sign-on). These are simply added to the subscription price.

FAQs

What happens if I need more Canvs Credits after my subscription starts?

No stress. Canvs Credits will be automatically added to your account. For example, if you start with 500,000 Canvs Credits, once you’ve used 500,001 Canvs Credits, 100,000 additional Canvs Credits will automatically be added to your account and you will be invoiced/billed based on the terms of your contract.

What happens if I don't use all my Canvs Credits during my term?

Canvs Credits always expire at the end of your term. We’ll work with you to appropriately size your starting tier to lock in the best price, knowing your subscription can grow as your needs grow.

When I upload data, is it secure and private and still owned by me?

Yes. All data you upload is always owned by you and is secure and private. Your data is never used to train models other customers or the public use.

What is the difference between Jump-Start Success and a Dedicated CSM?

Jump-start success includes an initial onboarding session to get you set up and two (2) scheduled sessions with a Canvs Customer Success Manager (CSM). Dedicated CSM means you have a named CSM who will work with you to ensure successful adoption of the platform, including onboarding and quarterly health checks.

Important Definitions

Canvs Credits

One Canvs Credit is defined by up to 500 characters per piece of text analyzed on the Canvs technology for emotions, topics, themes and other relevant natural language processing analysis. Pieces of text that are longer than 500 characters will be calculated by the total number of characters. For example, a 750-character piece of text would count as two credits towards the contracted Canvs Credits. Canvs Credits not utilized in a given Service Order term do not roll over.

Dashboard Access

Authorized Users.
