Canvs AI now allows users to import tweets from Canvs TV shows directly into the platform, enabling deeper analysis and reporting.
With this feature, you can seamlessly bring social comments from Twitter into Canvs AI, starting with tweets from TV shows that Canvs already tracks. Here’s everything you need to know to get started.
How to Import Tweets from Canvs TV Shows
Follow these steps to import tweets from Canvs TV shows into Canvs AI:
Step 1: Select a TV Show
Navigate to the Import section in Canvs AI.
Choose the TV show you want to import tweets from.
If the TV show is not listed, use Intercom to request Canvs to start tracking it.
Step 2: Set the Start Date
Select a start date for importing tweets.
Step 3: Configure Additional Data
Canvs will automatically:
Set the industry to Media & Entertainment.
Select the chosen TV show as the default Media.
Schedule imports for daily collections.
Step 4: Review and Schedule
Review your settings to ensure everything is correct.
Click Add Topic to add the TV show tracker to your Scheduled tab.
View Scheduled Imports:
All scheduled imports, including TV show trackers, will appear in the Scheduled section of the Datasets.
Troubleshooting and Support
TV Show Not Listed:
If the TV show you want to track is not listed, contact Canvs via Intercom to request tracking.
Start Date Limitations:
Remember that you can only select a start date up to 30 days in the past. For earlier dates, tracking will begin moving forward.
Connection Issues:
If you experience issues with the tracker, check the Connection tab to ensure tracking is active.
